Folks: Stay away from Pru-Fox realtors! Two of them from the nearby Margate, NJ office-- Lou Solomon and Mark Arbeit-- teamed up with a convicted criminal mortgage broker to unload on me the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. The Pru-Fox "Sales Professionals" thought it was a riot and obviously can't be trusted. But don't take only my word for this. Read stories about Mr. Arbeit in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Now that's a real riot, isn't it? Geez. How many other guys like this... read more
