Beware they do NOT Represent the Buyer Joanne represented me as a buyer on new construction home....After we went into contract, my agent did not call me once the whole time to see how things were going while under contract... We just closed no congratulations, no nothing.... I would NEVER purchase nor recommend a home sale with them again The only follow up you will get with this group is there office nonstop emails trying to sell you insurance!!!!
