Predators!!! – Steer clear of Pru-Fox offices. They're staffed with predators and cater to them. For example, consider Mark Arbeit from Pru-Fox's Margate, NJ office. This gentleman preyed on me & my wife by keeping from us information about a leaking underground oil tank beneath our house that had kept another fast-talking Pru-Fox realtor in his office from unloading the place for months. what a Fabulous Job PF&R did selling my house – It seems only the "whack jobs" have the time to post a nasty review. I guess it's a sad lonely life to sit up to the wee hours getting all liquored up posting all the wrongs done to you! lipservice – an absolute laughable clown. the epitome of the stereotypical "realtor". outdated and transparent. not recommended for educated individuals looking to buy or sell a home in Philadelphia. If you are going to pay a commission, pay it to someone whose business isn't built on a self-rigteous self-identification with Rittenhouse Square, but rather a dynamic knowledge of the marketplace.
