Absolutely horrid experience as a tenant. I applied to a BHHS property under Talia Levi as the listing agent. It took 10 days to even get a lease. I signed immediately. I requested wire instructions but they insisted on checks ASAP, despite the fact they had not counter-signed the agreement. I raised this as a flag but I sent the checks overnight for fear of losing the apartment, as they made it clear to my realtor that I would.
