Absolutely horrid experience as a tenant. I applied to a BHHS property under Talia Levi as the listing agent. It took 10 days to even get a lease. I signed immediately. I requested wire instructions but they insisted on checks ASAP, despite the fact they had not counter-signed the agreement.
