Kathleen Boggs-Shaner is a rude cocky business woman who has poor morals with no integrity. She should find a different profession because she is not a people person. Maybe driving a bus because she is good at that. Horrific experience doing business her.

Deb Dorsey was phenomenal. She creatively arranged a lease with an option to buy on my daughter’s move up Radnor home, then quickly sold my daughters existing Bryn Mawr home at full market value in about ten days. Deb Dorsey facilitated no BS low fixed rate financing for all the parties and settlement on my existing daughter’s home went smooth as silk, so then right after in the same morning she settled on the new home! Deb Dorsey answered my daughter’s questions and concerns very promptly and helped her through the current ... read more

The agents try and write into the contract your personal property. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL avoid and choose another branch that has ethics. When complaint made to office manager it was basically brushed off in a polite manner and I was accused of threatening them. Really take my advice and do not utilize their services there are more companies out there that can provide ethical services

AFTER I MADE SETTLEMENT, MY MASTER BATHROOM LEAKED DOWN INTO MY FOYER. I WAS TOLD A WEEK BEFORE SETTLEMENT THAT THESE REPAIRS WOULD BE MADE. IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WEEKS AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY AVOIDING MY PHONE CALLS, ETC. THIS IS NOT HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE DONE! MICHAEL WILSON IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLEARLY ONLY CARED ABOUT THE DEAL UP UNTIL I SIGNED. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY, NOW I HAVE TO SPEND MONEY ON A LAWYER TO GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT. I WILL BE PROVIDING PROOF IN A FACEBOOK POST SOON TO SHOW THE DAMAGE, AND HOW... read more

Hey, group16: Who are you calling an idiot? I never wrote that disclosure forms were mandatory, and I know enough to recognize when somebody's twisting my words. I also know why agents secure disclosure forms from their sellers. The issue here, though, is why an agent who indicated on a listing's MLS description that such a form was completed and available would thereafter claim that there never actually was such a form. I'm not naïve either-- at least not now. I know that you and your ilk will say, sign, and swear anything ... read more

Anyone knows that NJ doesn't have mandatory disclosure on properties. New Jersey provides for a three day attorney review for all realtor drawn contracts. Of course I know this because I have bought and sold (without providing a disclosure) many homes. If this buyer had the intelligence to use an attorney, he would have been advised to do his Due Diligence and if not already in the contract, to insert all necessary inspections- Environmental, home inspection, radon, termite etc. For this person to post that it was the realto... read more

Yo, folks: Oceandrive is that Mark Arbeit , to whom the JimboA C review refers. Arbeit is a Pru-Fox realtor and this is his modus operandi-- He hits "Rate This Realtor" sites all over the 'net & posts gushing over-the-top testimonials to himself. He sometimes even uses former clients' names without their knowledge or authorization. Pretty slick, huh? So it's a very good bet that any tribute to Arbeit you see on the 'net was written either by him or by some poor, unappreciated, put-upon receptionist who has to work in his off... read more

I have bought two houses with Mark Arbeit as my agent. He is a terrific real estate agent, extremely detail oriented. And, Mark Abeit was just as attentive and spent just as much time on the search for the house that cost 175,000 dollars, as he was on the house that cost 1.4 million. Plus, Mark Arbeit loves what he does...and it shows in the joy that he brings to his work every day. He is extremely knowledgeable about the whole South Jersey area.If you have a question, he can answer it : from zoning to flood zones to local r... read more
