My husband first reached out to Steven Borenz from this realtor to look at some houses. I think they looked at over 15 houses if not more! And in all that time, Steven was patient and understanding of our asks and also very helpful whenever we needed. I was out of state, so most of these views were virtual for me. But Steven worked with us to get that accomplished fairly easily. We finally were ready to close on one house and ran into some complications.
