Steven has deep knowledge and familiarity of the Vero Beach home market. His professionalism and ability to listen really helped narrow down and find the perfect home for us. We were on a short time table and Steven didn't waste our time. His easy going personality and confidence made us comfortable right off the bat. He was quick to answer our questions whenever we reached out to him. We give Steven Borenz our highest recommendation.

Steve was the listing agent on a recent transaction where I was representing the buyer. From the outset, I could tell he was knowledgeable and experienced. As the transaction progressed and we encountered some challenges, his integrity was the difference maker. It was an honor and pleasure working with him.
