I’m sharing this as a caution to other agents considering working with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. When I left the brokerage, I was told they would take a certain split on deals that closed afterward. But Casey chose to collect more than double what was originally communicated to me - the final amount taken more than double than the number they gave me and it all happened the day of closing! ZERO STARS! ZERO COMMUNICATION! ZERO OWNERSHIP! I went 25 days without hot water at a property managed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. Despite repeated notices and video evidence, "management" failed to take ownership. On the 26th day, the plumber himself finally confirmed that the proper part was only installed that evening, directly contradicting management’s earlier statements. Horrible customer service. Called about a property for sale for weeks no answer no call back. Finally went into the office to be told they don't return phone calls because property is under contract. Wouldn't recommend this broker for nothing
