ZERO STARS! ZERO COMMUNICATION! ZERO OWNERSHIP! I went 25 days without hot water at a property managed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. Despite repeated notices and video evidence, "management" failed to take ownership. On the 26th day, the plumber himself finally confirmed that the proper part was only installed that evening, directly contradicting management’s earlier statements. Horrible customer service. Called about a property for sale for weeks no answer no call back. Finally went into the office to be told they don't return phone calls because property is under contract. Wouldn't recommend this broker for nothing

Lori Hermansen RMP did an amazing job while I was a tenant with your company. I lived in a great house in Port Richey and when I look to buy a home I will likely go through your company to do so. Thank you so much Lori you have gone above and beyond during my stay there to get the fence issue that was another property owners responsibility and other things that need to be taken care and she got the job done.
