I moved to Clearwater 2 1/2 years ago and have lived in the same property since I moved here. The owner of the property lives out of state and I have had a couple different property managers over this time period. I have had nothing but misery with this property. I have consistently been served papers because the owner wasn’t paying his HOA fees and being threatened that my daughter and I would be kicked out of our home (I’m a single mother). Working with Serina was fantastic. Serina was a regular communicator. However, even during a stressful deal that was not on track she was always a calm voice of reason. I am an agent in New York. I have worked with agents for 25 years. Lots of agents, Lots of houses, lots of deals. we did NOT do a deal together. However, we each had an individual in a deal in our respective states.
