I rented 2205 Euclid in 2022 and within a few weeks, a flood occurred during a regular rainstorm. Most likely from the newly installed fence, gutters overflowing, and the slope of the yard. It took them a month and multiple floods for them to open the wall to leave a pile of debris that took days to clean up and the smell was very strong that got on everything I owned. This company, specifically Cherie Kelly are basically scam artists. The apartment that we started out with was NOTHING like the apartment we left from. The home went through a horrific hurricane during our stay there including a neighbor dying from it, one falling into an 6 foot hole they left in the parking lot with no protection on it and we had to fish him out by hand or he also would have died, and we were never once reached out to by anyone including Cherie or the owner including after losing our vehicle.
