Worst company I have ever rented from! Would do zero stars if possible. The property manager was a joke and took forever to get back to us regrading repairs , would take weeks or months to get anything done. We went almost a week with no ac in the middle of summer. And they had the nerve to make excuses to take as much of our deposit as possible. Even after we did everything asked of us. And were excellent tenets. I will never work with a Berkshire Hathaway ever again!

We had not met Cynthia Filippi prior to listing our property with her, but her stellar reputation for getting property sold especially in a somewhat downward market is for real. Organized to the max, no stone goes unturned, knowledge of her marketplace and her team got the job done of selling our home faster than we thought. We would not hesitate to use Cynthia again if the need arises, but also highly recommend her to anyone in the buying or selling of a property. A great job Cynthia
