I would not recommend this brokerage based on my recent experience selling my home. The managing director’s communication was consistently rude, dismissive, and at times intimidating. Instead of facilitating a professional and balanced transaction, the focus appeared to be solely on closing the deal as quickly as possible, regardless of legitimate concerns raised during the process.
