You’ll will find a house you like pay for all the inspections the seller say there motivated to sell you come to terms just for them to pull the offer so all you did was give them everything wrong with the home so they can fix it in there own time so the buyer is just out the time and money great idea 👏🏻 do you like tossing 600$ in the trash look no further

Our realtor Chris did an amazing job. While my family and I were in California Chris was so understanding and helpful. I’m super picky and Chris listened to what I wanted and helped us find our dream home. He is so nice and honest it made house shopping enjoyable and less stressful. We went in with him as our realtor and came out like family. We are definitely going to tell our friends how amazing Berkshire Hathaway and Chris are.
