John was very knowledgeable and helpful during our transaction. His demeanor was steady even when things got tough. Over-all everything went very smoothly and the Five Star Real Estate Brokers did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to friends and family.
The five star team was on top of everything. They conducted several open houses to maximize the price we ultimately received on the house. They kept us informed throughout the process and things went very smoothly. Both of us highly recommend this great team of Realtors.
I sold our property with The Five Star guys and they were true professionals. John gave us guidance on the local area and some very helpful advice regarding some minor repairs that got us great bang for the buck. We listed as soon as the repairs were done and John was pretty much on the money and demonstrated great expertise during the process. The team was always responsive to my calls, and they negotiated top dollar for the place. They all did a great job. And I was very pleased with the outcome.
5 Stars for 5 stars!!! We put the Five Star Team in a sticky situation and like they market themselves, they shined. Our Property was originally in Probate that needed court approval and John helped guide us so we had full control of our families property. It really helped that he had expertise in the area of probate real estate and he negotiated with all parties involved in an expert fashion. Our family was very lucky to find John and his Five Star Team! The house was in a trust and John helped tremendously with both his local knowledge and knowledge regarding trusts. The whole team seamed to experts in real estate and were very responsive to our needs during the process. John definitely knows his stuff when it comes to negotiating, and he made sure the price was not only great but he also made sure it didn't get reduced during escrow. Definitely 5 Star Service!
Excellent. The five star marketing is really amazing. We had people coming from everywhere wanting to see our house! There was a lot of excitement and I think this is what got us a great price for the house. For anything involving real estate I recommend having the five star team on your side.
5 Stars! Well what can I say. I needed a lot of questions answered, and I have to admit, I'm a bit of stress case. But John and the team took everything in stride! John knows a lot about the area, and the team was really responsive to all my needs! They negotiated a great price for the house, it was on my terms and the process couldn't have been better for me. I'm in a new part of my life and they really helped get me there!
