I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT USE Sandy Densmore or the company she works for. Awful experience. Even our mortgage lender told us to run far away from her (they said they dread seeing her name be a part of a deal). She was the selling agent of a house we bought. They did not fix the things they legally agreed to and it has been almost a month and her lockbox and sign remain on our property. RUN FAR AWAY FROM HER.
My wife and i are refinancing our house and we were assigned Breton VanSloten for our appraiser. I walked our entire property with him and he seemed to take pictures of everything and somehow he still got so much wrong about our property. We have a 2700 sq ft main house and a 800 sq ft house on the same lot in deer park washington. First he said our house was a 1942 and it is a 1984!!
