Rocky, as always, was truly amazing. The purchase was difficult given many factors involved including delays from the seller's representative. Extensions were made multiple times and further investigation was required to provide full scope analysis of what we were buying to eventually come to a reasonable offer. Rocky was extremely patient and push forward to help us get to the final closing. We expected no less from him since he helped us with our initial property many years ago.
