Being first-time buyers, we had many questions throughout each stage-Lori Benedict was very patient and responsive, helping to educate us along the way. From showings to negotiations, to coordinating inspections, Lori was engaged and helpful at every stage. We were able to find our ‘move-in ready house on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood’. I never actually met Cindy in person—just had two Zoom calls with her—but she’s hands-down the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with.
