Top Notch Service and always on point
Very professional and good company look no further!
Wildly disappointed at this company. They send tons of copy paste emails and don't actually "manage" anything in their properties. Their leases are 25+ pages and they expect tenants to do all maintenance and basic things that landlords should be doing. We've rented many properties over the years and we have never had this kind of experience. Upon move in basic appliances didn't work, there was trash in the house, it hadn't even had a basic cleaning. We have called for maintenance and have yet to hear anything. Really failing... read more
Great management company. I have spoken to numerous staff members; Linda, Megan, Marilyn, & Norma for various things & they are always quick to answer my questions. You can tell they have a passion for what they do & they truly care about their tenants!
Its been great working with Real Sa Property Mgt. I have been a property manager for 6 years & I continue to enjoy working here. The staff is great and pleasant to work with. Couldn't ask for more.
