I had the pleasure of working with Diana as a seller and I was the buyer. Even though I didn't end up purchasing the house, she was responsive and honest! These are two of the most important characteristics of an agent in my opinion. She's a true professional and has an accurate knowledge of her region, including fair assessments of the homes. I personally interviewed many local agents in the area to market this home. Diana Ivas was not only very knowledgeable on this area, she was very in tune with the market and what needed to be done to sell my home.
