Over the last two and a half years, Dawn Swann has been a reliable, efficient, and caring property manager. Issues arising and maintenance care (service needs, etc) are handled in a timely manner and through a convenient app. General information (hurricane preparedness-especially if you aren’t from the coast) is also communicated. My rental experience was a good one, and thank you to everyone on the rental team!
