The buyer agent, Betty Biernacki hired house inspector to inspection my past house after Memorial Day. Then they made messy with A/C. Then one day before closing, buyer and Betty walk in inspection. They found big ice on furnane. There was about 50 pounds of ice inside furance. They told me that A/C was on and set to 50 degrees. My listing agrent, Pete from told me that buyer want me to fix it.
