The agent was friendly and hardworking. Arlene told us she would sell our home and did but we were not told that we should’ve gotten a discount since we found the house ourselves, she just happened to take the commission from the one we bought and kept it. The lawyer and mortgage people that were recommended did not know what they were doing at all and ripped us off, also in the end our basement flooded, the fireplaces were both broke, the air conditioning did not work, the water heater broke, the sump pump had to be replace... read more
