Who the heck hired Carol Kurachito help rent their home. She was horrible at touring the rental property. Just sat on the couch on her phone. Didn’t attempt to get any information on what we needed. Took a total of 3 minutes to be done. Not only would I not want to rent from her but also feel horrible for the proper owners to leave this responsibility in her hands knowing she’s not even attempting to get the job done.
