Charles Birch was amazing. He was straight forward and let us know how the process will go and what he needed from us and what he will do for us. Highly recommend Charles if anyone is looking at buying or selling a home.
Carlo Eleazar is very rude and unprofessional. When there are signs posted “ABSOLUTELY NO SOLICITING! DO NOT DISTURB” and you blatantly ignore it because you think you’re exempt because you’re a realtor you’re wrong. Then you proceed to walk up to the door and start yelling names into the door like you were invited here is completely wrong and unprofessional. You needed to walk away because you are disturbing the household and are not welcome. You need to respect the sign’s people have hanging.
I had the worst experience which is really bad. I just started a new business looking for a commercial lease with this company. Vincent Cavataio was the realtor that did a really bad on business interaction and negotiation, of trying to get a opportunity to do business. Don't use this place. Not sure how they got these crazy reviews honestly!
