If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT RENT OR PURCHASE A HOME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The day came for me to move into my place and I found it odd no one would be doing a walkthrough with me, to give me my keys. After arriving at the property it was clear why. The home was not cleaned prior to me moving in and I have documented video and photos of the disgusting state of the property. Lived in rental unit for 5 years. BHHS does not have good customer service and ignores your requests. wouls not recommend.
No one rent from Berkshire-Hathaway ever unless u wanna b harassed and illegally evicted. U rent from them u end up goin thru what we're goin thru. Not worth lettin them scalp u. Steer clear of Berkshire-Hathaway real estate bc of Mary **** ******* she's the blemish on the company's ass. Our realtor Scott ******threatened legal action against us when we said we did not want to sell our house. We knew we would lose earnest money but he said we would owe him $40,000 in lost fees. He didnt disclose water seepage in tje new home. He recommended the inspector who said there was no moisture in sealed cracks yet here we are with a flooded basement 1 1/2 months since moving in. This realtor is the most scandalous and shady dealer I have ever met and I'm a senior citizen.
