Because of this company I will make sure that I never live in an HOA neighborhood again for the rest of my life. In response to the reply from Berkshire, they are 100% in total control of the HOA for Pleasant Hill and are entirely responsible for how poorly it is run and the absolute daylight robbery of our HOA fees going to NOTHING that serves the neighborhood.
This $400/Yr HOA manages my neighborhood. The (1) tiny pool is always closed due to mechanical issues or vandalism and they neglect to address the issue. They’re more worried with trash cans being visible from the street than anything. The amenities for the amount of houses in the neighborhood is disappointing.
Joke of a property management/HOA company. One of their favorite activities is to drive around the first dry morning after a long string of rainy days, before you could possibly have had a chance to mow it, and give you a violation for your lawn being too long.
