UPDATE: We stuck with Pam for another sale and she was excellent as usual. She has been patient and calm and understanding when things get complicated or frustrating on the buyer's end. Pam McDowell is the best. I've used agents in the past that were pretty passive so I thought one was as good as another, but Pam was proactive and aggressive (in a good way) the entire time during our home search and home sale.
