In 2021 I wanted to move to Tehachapi from Reno, NV to be closer to my daughter who was living in Bakersfield. Adriana Ghorbani was my agent. She very patiently showed my daughter many houses and I followed along on FaceTime. I found the house I wanted and moved in. The buying process was made seamless! We had previously used another realtor and felt very pressured into buying and going above the asking price. DeVerie allowed us to go at our own pace and showed us many, many homes with a positive attitude. She gave amazing insight into different properties and assisted us with the entire process. We have and would recommend to everyone.
Josh is worthless. He’s a smooth talker and a nice guy on the surface but probably the worst realtor I’ve ever dealt with. My company hired him and I would have fired him if the house didn’t sell so fast. It was 2020, everything was selling fast… he didn’t sell my house, the market did. He doesn’t reply to texts, doesn’t return calls, will leave you hanging for several days, then blames his office staff for his failures. Friendly person. We did not list our beautiful property (with a view) with her because she wanted to list it at a VERY low price even though real estate inventory is low.
