As first time home buyers shopping in the crazy state of the current market, a good real estate agent made a huge impact for us. Mark was readily available for questions and showings, knowledgeable about the market conditions and what we can expect, and up front with us on what existing market conditions would allow for in our budget while still working with us on options that were highly unlikely to go through(ended up getting one of those). You can’t go wrong working with him.

Mark Wehner 2 does an outstanding job of educating his clients on real estate. As an athletic coach, Mark knows that planning and preparation are critical to achieving the desired outcome. Real estate is no difference. Mark also teaches continuing education licensing courses for the real estate community. By educating on real estate issues Mark helps his clients achieve peace of mind and confidence in their buying and selling decisions. Many of his clients even become real estate investors themselves.

We worked with Mark to buy our house in Omaha and we would highly recommend. He was very flexible with hours as we were out of state and a different time zone. He is very knowledgeable of Omaha and the surrounding area, which was helpful to know more about the area each house was in when we didn't drive to it ourselves. Mark was amazing to work with and we would highly recommend anyone to him.

I think I was spoiled with how easy my home buying experience with Mark Wehner II was. I was referred to him by my brother who had an amazing experience as well. His attention to detail and availability was second to none. He wasn’t going to let me do anything that he wouldn’t have done himself and treated me like family throughout the whole process. Truthfully didn’t even feel like a process with how easy it was. I would recommend Mark to anyone and surely will. 10/10
