Edit: Their office contacted me to take down the reviews. Absolutely not. Robert is great, super helpful and had great advice while doing tours of houses. If I had worked with him, I likely would have had a far better experience. Karen Polishuk, however, is extremely rude. We had a HORRIBLE experience with Sue DeBellis. I do NOT recommend her. Our broker was Pat Malloy. We do NOT recommend either of them.
We feel it is our obligation to share with the public some facts about dealing with this company, this broker, and his agent. My wife and I were putting an offer on a newly constructed home in St. Louis, and we asked our real estate agent who the home builder was.
