Management is easy to work with and friendly
I love renting from All American. They have been helpful since the day we applied. Mary and the other agents always have a smile on their face and are there anytime you need them. My A/C went out and they had someone there to fix it the next day. I have had no other problems in the house we are renting. One day we will move again but only through All American. Thank yall, we appreciate all that yall have done for us.
We rented for four years. When we first rented our house it was the start of the pandemic and NO ONE was renting. The property manager Mary worked with my best friend, his partner, and I and found us a beautiful place and even managed to accommodate some special circumstances we had. We never experienced any hikes in rent. Generally maintenence was pretty fast. DO NOT work with this company! I should have believed the reviews but I am the type of person that likes to give places the benefit of the doubt. This place is out for your money when applying for one of their properties. Never once mentioned a length of time for your current employment. If they would have told me there was a time frame they take into consideration, I would have never even applied. They told me they only needed 2-3 months of employment history... WRONG!
