My experience with AAHR has been very positive. I needed to get into a rental and they were so helpful with my precarious situation. We had a bit of a rough start but all was made well. During my stay, there were no issues with the few work orders I needed. Everything was handled appropriately and quickly. Mary and Denise were kind and respectful. Staff at the office were always pleasant. I would go back to them in the future if needed. I would also recommend them to my friends and family.
So overall the property management moved with my application pretty quickly and I was able to get a home for me and my children and at the time it was very cheap so I appreciated it however I’m giving three stars because after a year they were trying to sell the house an I was forced to move just for them to put it back on the market since no one wanted to buy that little house then.. I rented that house as is and made a lot of repairs when I was there out of pocket or by hand and when I moved out they charged me for not cut... read more

We rented a townhouse but recently moved because we purchased a property. Maintenance was quick efficient and nice. Denise was great to work with, very responsive and kind. They don’t pull any hidden moves or fees. Happy with All American.
