Karen Mergenthaler is exceptional. No one works harder and she has an exceptional knowledge of the Adirondacks. She has stayed in touch long after the sale of the property and the building of the home of her own accord. She is always there to help and offer guidance long after the sale. Margie and her team provided me with professionalism and kindness during my nearly two years at a Premier Property. They gave me a sense of home that I've yet to experience while renting. Any questions I had about my space were answered promptly and efficiently with advance notice. Moving elsewhere was necessary at this point for me, but it was difficult to do so given how lovely my experience was here! Many thanks and much appreciation for this clean, and well cared for space.
