Stay away from any realtor doing business under the Prudential Fox & Roach banner. I was swindled by two of them from Pru-Fox's nearby Margate, NJ, office-- Mark Arbeit & Lou Solomon. These two teamed up with a convicted criminal, mini-Madoff mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank.
