Best experience we could have asked for with buying a home! Not only would we not have gotten our house without Sarah's advice, expertise and quick actions (there were multiple competitive offers), our team - both Sarah and Sam - were incredibly helpful with the closing process and always available for questions and proactive in keeping us on track for a quick settlement. I could not recommend them more!

We had a very pleasant experience with Dakota Avery as our very first realtor at Berkshire Hathaway! He was always available to answer our questions and get us booked for showings on short notice. We will certainly recommend him to friends and family as a realtor!
I wouldn't recommend because they took advantage of one of their clients who was going through a messy divorce and had him sell his home for far less than what it was worth. It was purchased by flippers and resold a few months later for 130k more than he sold it for.
