Brad and his team worked diligently to quickly get the property listed. Everyone we worked with on his team was very professional, and they responded in a timely fashion to all of our questions and concerns. The virtual staging was a plus for us because the property was empty when we listed it. The house was under agreement within 5 days of listing, and it was for much higher than the asking price. Brad was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him to others!
