I don't exactly understand why, but since he failed to respond to my multiple inquiries about a home, we missed the opportunity completely. It was very unprofessional. We had wanted to put an offer on this home, and to lose that chance simply because an agent failed to do their job is a shame.
Bob was such a pleasure to work with when finding a house in York, PA! He is very knowledgeable and worked with integrity. A particular item that meant much to us is that he works with a high standard of ethics which has not always been our experience in the past. His calm demeanor and "personability" with our family has made our experience wonderful. Would highly recommend.
Bob helped find and purchase our home in the fall of 2016. He and his team helped us through every step of the process and it went smoothly from start to finish. We have moved many times and worked with several realtors and Bob was by far the best.
