Jill Lebbin and Stephanie Weldy are the absolute worst. They were very unethical in handling a fraudulent seller disclosure. They pushed for me to spend money on an appraisal when our inspection called for a roof replacement. Run away. Neither can negotiate a way out of a wet paper bag. Their only interest is getting paid.
