John Murphy is my property manager. We have lived here 1.5 years and had the AC serviced because it has not worked 8 times. When I spoke to John today understandably upset about the situation he threatened to give me a 30 day notice to vacate the property and continued to taunt me by email. When I got home from work today my house is at 85 degrees in Florida with my children and dog in the house.
