I had high expectations for a brokerage as reputable as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, but my experience with their Cerritos office was deeply disappointing. This is in regards to an agent ALVARO PEREZ from Berkshire Hathaway, Cerritos office. He sold us a house on 4/1/22 in which he was an owner agent . He intentionally failed to disclose a serious issue of the house which led us to a financial lost of few thousands dollars. I have evident showing that he knew about this problem before he sold the house to us. He ignored us when we contacted him after. We will start the legal process against him.
