This was our second time using Caryn! We used her again for both selling and buying! Again she was quick to sell our home! With an offer quick we needed to find a home that fit our needs. Caryn is amazing she listens to what we needed and guided us even though we were very difficult with what we wanted and homes pending so quick! It was tough’ but she did it! Thank you so much Caryn your amazing and we again found our dream home on one level!

Wow!!! Let me just say this woman is a trooper!! We had quite the experience selling our home and she handled every aspect with immense professionalism and care. My husband is active duty and we were getting stationed in Japan so we decided to sell our home so we contacted Caryn for assistance. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Caryn made sure we were educated every step of the way. My husband has a full time job and goes to school and she was always able to work around our busy schedule. Caryn really went to bat for us on several occasions and made sure no one took advantage us. We have learned so much from her and even after closing on our house she has still managed to be a huge help!

Caryn was absolutely amazing. Even though it only took us a few days to find our new home she worked super hard. She was constantly sending us listings to view, and keeping us informed. Highly recommend!

We hired Caryn as both our listing agent and our buyers agent: As our listing agent: Caryn marketed our house exactly the way we expected visible on MLS and all home sites plus an agent caravan which created a strong word of mouth amongst other local agents, also a visible sign in the front yard with flyers for potential buyers to take.
