Do not use Benjamen Verma from Berkshire guys, He ripped me off with 3k.
Worst real estate agents Patricia & Cindy in this company. They gave you an appointment to check the property and then middle of the night accept offer from someone else. Wasting someone’s time who took off from work.
Agent was inept. My agent and I did most of the work. Mostly likely BH agent delayed close by an extra week. For example TDS was not received for 2 weeks and even then was incomplete.
