I had a 2021 Silverado that I took to a Berkshire Hathaway Dealership called Reliable Chevrolet in *************. When they were doing service they ran my truck into a box truck damaging the front end when the truck was only 6 months old. I worked with the ** and was able to get a swap to a new vehicle and pay the difference and since interest rates went up and so did new vehicles I ended up paying an additional 150 a month. I bought a Chrysler Voyager from ************* in ***********, owned by Berkshire. There was a known issue that the salesman said would be fixed before I drove it off the lot. They did not fix it. When I brought it in, the salesman asked me if I would wait to have it fixed when the Mechanical Protection Plan kicked in- 30 days after I purchased. Stupidly, I agreed. Dishonest dealership! Made all kinds of promises when I bought the vehicle that never happened. Forced me to buy the Zatek protection on a car that the paint was already faded and damaged. I go in for the 6 month application and they tell me that the car needs to be cleaned before they can apply it. That would have been nice to know when I made the appointment.Car was purchased from ********** ******* *******
I purchased a vehicle from Camelback Ford Lincoln that is falling apart and unsafe to drive due to smoke coming from ac vents very dangerous considering their recall on carbon monoxide on this vehicles. I was told by the finance manager that they would take care of everything and to trust them as they are under Berkshire Hathaway a huge reputable company and that they take complaints very serious.
