We rent a house through these people and the communication is awful. Do not expect these people to respond to your emails or calls. We have had multiple people show up randomly to our house with no warning to do work on the house. The people showing up to work were told supplies were supposed to be at our house and we were told nothing and have no supplies. Horrible service.
