Dr. Inesta has used a multiproned approach to help solve my various muscular-skeletal pains and strains. Using chiropractic and acupuncture manipulations and advice on stretching, strengthening techniques and dietary advice , he has helped me vastly shorten the time of recovery for many issues from back spasms to various types of sprains, etc. He knows his stuff! Highly recommended!
Robert is an amazing, gentle doctor that combined acupuncture and soft tissue manipulation to alleviate my abdominal issues. I feel great now thanks to him. I highly recommend him for any pain you are having in your body.

Dr. Robert Inesta is an exceptional professional. I first consulted him for lumbar spine issue and now for a baker’s cyst. The breadth and depth of his expertise (including McGill spine method and the role of fascia more generally) is distinguishing. Dr. Inesta brings great listening and analytic skills to each visit to find customized approaches that achieve results.
