If I could give this office one star, I absolutely would. Don’t waste your time — it’s the worst ENT office in Berkshire County. I went in after a motor vehicle accident that left me with severe vertigo and tinnitus, and they offered me absolutely no help or guidance. It felt like they couldn’t get me out the door fast enough.
I have been a patient at this practice for years but had the worst experience yesterday. I saw Dr. Stamm and it didn’t go well at all. I had been diagnosed by one of the PA’s with a moderate left sided deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. In a nut shell he told me that I did not have a deviated septum and that what I “suffer” from is allergies and migraines and to see an allergist (which I have for years.) he was very dismissive and rude. I will NOT be seeing him again! I am going to get a second opinion.
Very unprofessional Dr. Loiodice and the woman who worked with him . Remember your patients can hear you outside the room giving report to the doctor so choose your words wisely to describe your patients . Dr. Loiodice repeatedly would impose his unprofessional opinion about how I sustained a traumatic injury , I was there not him I know what happened . Best medical experience I've had in a long time! I've been there twice in the last couple weeks, and each time everyone was so kind and knowledgeable and addressed my issue quickly. Bonnie and Dr. Stamm are the best there is!!
