Jen was lovely to work with! She listens to what you want and doesn’t try to sell you on what you don’t. I found working with her was easy and she accommodated my horrible schedule. And she was always there to answer questions. Additionally, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything got done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a house in the Berkshires.
This agency had my home listed for the entire summer and it did not sell. The agent assigned to us, Chris LP, did not communicate proactively once challenges arose, and there was no clear plan to address issues as they came up. I do not recommend working with this agency or that agent. After relisting with a different agency, the home sold and fully closed in under two months. The issue was not the home, but the representation. As a result, we lost time and money by missing the higher-traffic, higher-price summer market.
