Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The office was easy enough to find.

I found a parking spot right away and close to the entrance. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
