I live here in a "senior" type community along with other elderly people mostly. the building is located along the shoreline of Lake Erie in Lakewood Ohio (a small suburb of Cleveland Ohio)...a nice quiet town with beautiful backdrop scenery and other amenities!
The Berkshire is a great place to own. The new management is doing a great job. The community owning here are pleasant and respectful of others . Many renters are not happy do to poor communication with landlords or landlords lack of being responsible for updates and repairs.
