The Berkshire is a great place to own. The new management is doing a great job. The community owning here are pleasant and respectful of others . Many renters are not happy do to poor communication with landlords or landlords lack of being responsible for updates and repairs.
A great place to buy a condo on the shores of Lake Erie! Rooftop, personal gardens, parking below and a wonderful community! We love it!!!
