It's unfortunate, I have to leave this review stating that they are holding funds they are not entitled to. My $350 was my refundable hold fee. I am very clear that the application fee is not refundable: no argument there. No one should ever have to so much as mention litigation in order for a business to take things seriously. It is beyond me that they supposedly cannot tell how I'll be refunded as if they have no access to my proof of payment which should show the method by default.
