Ethan got me in, and explained what was causing the vibration and noise. Had to replace a few tire lugs. Turns out the guys at Mavis tire did not tighten up the lug nuts when they switched out the winter tires!
Ethan is pretty much the perfect interface at a service center. Knows cars and a risky straight shooter. Personable as well
Excellent service. Staff was courteous and returned my car when they said it would be ready. Ethan is always helpful and represents BMW Audi VW in the highest light.
