Travis continually informed me of repair progress. Great service.
Ethan was wonderful, took care of my tire replacement, checking that I had tire/wheel protection before doing anything else (such as pricing for a new tire). He was friendly and efficient, even though he was handling multiple customers at the same time.
Despite being incredibly busy, Mitch somehow managed to get my vehicle back on the road within hours, so we did not lose our pre-paid ferry passage and did get home in time for a very urgent medical appointment. If Mitch did not pull off this miracle, we would have been stranded hundreds of miles away from home, and miss those critical medical appointments. THANK YOU MITCH and the crew at Berkshire BMW / VW !!
