Work looks rushed. Wish I had taken the time to look at the details as he was running out the door. Missed areas of caulk. Blue sharpie on the cut lines now visible under clear caulk. Looks like something from aisle 25 at Home Depot. When I asked about a plumbing permit and inspection, I was told they don't usually do that for "swap outs", so a permit and inspection wasn't required. When I told this to the city plumbing inspector, he said, "he lied to you". A permit is absolutely required so the inspector can inspect the wor... read more
