The entrance door to the ATM does not work, I cannot access it at important times, they must work to improve it.

Took 50 minutes to withdrawal money with no one in line. Lady kept complaining about her day instead of doing her job.
I'm simply wondering why the ATM isnt available after 6 PM. There are three other banks within spitting distance who all have 24hr ATMs so why not Berkshire?
