Absolutely dreadful service. We called them because they were listed in a promotion from the electric company as qualified to do a furnace tune-up on our geothermal HVAC system. The electric company would give us a $60 rebate toward the $189 charge. After their guy left, we found that he had not done much of the work he'd checked off as completed on our receipt.
